These words summarize the efforts and outcomes of each board in our surfboard manufacturing process.
Quality - Only the finest materials available are incorporated into our boards. Surfboards are made of Resin Research or Aerialite Epoxy, Aerialite Fiberglass, Greenlight EPS and US Blanks Foam.
Precision - It starts with a CAD design of the template, and each board is hand shaped and measured against it. From there, the board is glassed, shaped, and sanded.
Care - No matter if it's a ding repair or a new custom order, we treat each board as it's in our own quiver. Our customers are number one! We want our customers involved in the design and shaping process, so we can design a quality board to fit your surfing lifestyle.
